The short version: this website has no accounts, no forms, no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. We only receive information about you if you choose to contact us.
1. Who we are
Retrabello Media (“Retrabello,” “we,” “us”) is a Meta advertising agency owned and operated by Carter Ross in the United States. This policy covers this website (the “Site”) and people who contact us through it. You can reach us at [email protected].
2. What we collect
Information you send us
If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if it appears in your message, and whatever you choose to write. If you message us on Instagram or LinkedIn, that platform delivers your message to us under its own privacy policy.
Technical information
Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, and the date and time. These logs are used for security and keeping the Site running. We do not use them to identify or profile visitors.
What we do not collect
- No cookies, local storage or similar tracking technologies.
- No analytics, advertising pixels or retargeting tools.
- No forms, accounts, payment details or newsletter sign-ups on the Site.
- No third-party fonts, scripts or embeds. Everything the Site needs is served from the Site itself, so your browser does not contact other companies when you visit.
Because we do not use cookies or tracking, the Site does not show a cookie banner. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.
3. How we use information
- To reply to your message and discuss working together.
- To provide and manage services if you become a client.
- To keep the Site secure and working.
- To meet legal obligations and keep ordinary business records.
We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use it for automated decisions that affect you.
4. Legal bases (EEA and UK visitors)
Where European or UK data protection law applies, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries and keeping the Site secure, on taking steps you ask for before entering into a contract, and on legal obligations. If we ever rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
5. Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our email and website hosting providers, and only as needed for them to do that work. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect rights and safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.
6. Links to other sites
The Site links to Instagram (operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.) and LinkedIn (operated by LinkedIn Corporation). Those services have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.
7. Work we do for clients
This policy covers visitors to the Site and people who contact us directly. When we manage advertising for a client, we handle related information, such as leads generated by that client’s ads, on the client’s behalf and under our agreement with them. The client’s own privacy policy governs that information. If you shared your details through an ad run by one of our clients, please contact that business about your information.
8. How long we keep information
We keep messages and related records only as long as we need them to respond, to provide services, and to meet legal and business-record needs, which is typically no more than two years after our last contact unless a client relationship or legal requirement means we must keep them longer.
9. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask whether we hold personal information about you, to see it, correct it, delete it, receive a copy of it, or object to or restrict how we use it. Residents of California and other U.S. states with privacy laws have similar rights, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising. We do not do any of those things. We will never treat you differently for making a request.
To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we aim to respond within 45 days. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. Because we do not track visitors, there is nothing to opt out of when your browser sends a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal, and we honor those signals.
11. Children
The Site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
12. International visitors
We are based in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information will be handled in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those where you live.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make a material change, we will update that date and, where appropriate, tell you on the Site.
